Role: AD & Exchange Consultant
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: Fulltime
BGV will be done for the selected candidates.
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
Ability to analyze customer needs, document and design technical solutions
Implement Exchange Server, Skype for Business Online, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Directory Synchronization.
Provide subject matter expertise for the migration effort from beginning to end.
Provide end-to-end root cause analysis and assistance for issues related to on premise exchange and Office 365.
Gain a deep application-level knowledge of the systems as well as contributing to their overall design.
Work closely with other internal teams to build security, reliability, and scalability into the architecture.
Dive deep into the email-flow to troubleshoot as needed.
Build engineering automation and productivity tools to streamline and scale email discovery in the production environment.
Configuring, testing, and implementing Windows servers.
Provide primary support for infrastructure systems related to Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Provide sizing and recommended configurations to agencies looking to purchase new servers.
Maintain and administer ADFS.
Management of group policies.
Participation on project teams.
Develop and improve operational procedures.
Develop and maintain documentation.
Monitor availability and performance of all systems.
Support and maintain DNS functionality.
Create and Maintain DHCP scopes.
Close Helpdesk tickets for incidents and requests.
Administer vendor support and maintenance contracts.
