Senior Instructor and Curriculum Development Lead

Position Summary

This position will serve as the senior instructor and curriculum development lead at the U. S. Army Modeling and Simulation School (AMSS). Responsible for leading curriculum development team for all AMSS courses starting at the task level through learning objectives and specific lesson plan development in accordance with U.S. Army T2COM regulatory standards. Will serve as contract lead for preparation and conduct of T2COM Accreditation process for the AMSS. This position also serves as the course manager and lead instructor for multiple AMSS courses and is responsible for the preparation and certification of instructors within the AMSS faculty.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • U.S. Army Simulation Operations Course Graduate
  • U.S. Army Intermediate Simulation Operations Course Graduate
  • U.S. Army Command and General Staff College Graduate
  • T2COM Instructor Certification Course Graduate
  • T2COM Curriculum Development Course Graduate
  • Five years of military M&S experience either as a military officer or DoD civilian
  • Two years experience supporting joint and coalition exercises and events
  • Experience supporting or serving in all three Army components (Active, Reserve, and National Guard)
  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret Clearance
