Job description

Space Electromagnetic Spectrum Analyst

The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and askquestions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of ourclients' most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

As a defense mission analyst, you'll bring your leadership and tactical expertise to work alongside thought leadersin electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) on projects for the client. You'll use your skills and expertise to research various EMSO capabilities, develop assessment plans, and assess various service and Combatant Command exercises, as well as the various ranges' ability to simulate an adversary's capabilities.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in space-based capabilities
  • 5+ years of experience with tactics against vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO
  • Knowledge of U.S. Space Force capabilities, including communications and tactical data links
  • Ability to write recommendations for service or joint tactics documents, weapon school's curriculum, or publications based on findings of electromagnetic readiness evaluations
  • Ability to develop detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the mission
  • Ability to communicate technical subject matter clearly in verbal and written form
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
