You’ll make an impact by:
  • Bringing Passion to ideate, plan, and ensure Product Capabilities and drive Digital Merchandising Transformation to have the right product at the right place.
  • Apply AI skills to define automation capabilities to empower users with recommendations engines.
  • Partnering with our Engineering and Data Science teams to create enterprise solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure with great user experience.
  • Developing and enhancing products – you will build capability and tool roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and stakeholder needs, identify market strategies, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives and manage the playbook for the Process Management discipline.
  • Defining vision and strategies for the Product Merchandising team, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and designing initiatives to mature process discovery.
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
