As a Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the digital experience, supporting product launches, and driving category growth through data-driven insights and creative execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to enhancing online sales and member satisfaction.

The Digital Merchandising team delivers seamless and engaging online shopping experiences that enable members to find and purchase products effortlessly. Collaborating across merchandising, marketing, operations, and suppliers, the team drives category growth and enhances product discoverability. Through data-driven insights, content optimization, and member-focused execution, they bring strategic digital experiences to life. The team values effective project and stakeholder management, clear communication, and adaptability to meet evolving business needs and deliver impactful results.
What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring curated assortments to life across our digital platforms.
  • Use data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improving product content, discoverability, and conversion.
  • Support the execution of online events and promotions, ensuring accuracy and excellence in digital presentation.
  • Partner with suppliers to optimize product listings and ensure alignment with digital merchandising best practices.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve content health, including ratings, reviews, and enriched product detail pages.
  • Stay current on eCommerce trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the member experience.
