Job description

Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing 84 Lumber's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role oversees paid media, website optimization, email marketing, SEO, local search presence, and digital analytics while ensuring marketing investments deliver measurable business results. The position also supports the digital marketing efforts of 84 Lumber subsidiaries, including 84 Sign Shop and TM Advertising.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support company sales, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including strategy, targeting, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns and optimize performance to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and maintain the company's websites, ensuring content is current and the user experience is optimized.
  • Lead email marketing strategy and execution, including campaign planning, automation, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles, Yelp, Apple Maps, and other local listings to ensure accuracy and strengthen local search performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spending across all digital channels.
  • Support the digital marketing needs of 84 Lumber subsidiaries, including 84 Sign Shop and TM Advertising.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
