Digital Marketing Manager

Staffmark is partnering with a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This opportunity is perfect for a strategic professional with expertise in eCommerce operations, product launches, stakeholder management, and digital experience optimization.

The main function of a digital marketing manager is to lead the research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical digital marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.

Job Duties
  • Lead end-to-end execution of new product launches across digital storefronts
  • Develop launch timelines, readiness checklists, and go-live strategies
  • Coordinate activities across merchandising, engineering, marketing, content, and category teams
  • Manage product finder, guided selling, and product comparison experiences
  • Ensure product specifications, content, pricing, and merchandising information are accurate and complete
  • Improve digital shopping experiences through process improvements and standardization
  • Partner with Product Information Management (PIM) teams to enhance data quality
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and launch readiness reviews
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for successful product launches
  • Monitor key performance indicators and leverage analytics to drive improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, operations or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in ecommerce digital product operations or digital experience management
  • Experience partnering with product, engineering, UX, analytics and marketing teams
  • Strong knowledge of CMS, PIM, product catalog management, search, taxonomy and digital merchandising platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems
  • Must be organized and highly detail oriented

Preferred Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time. Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Expert knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
