We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing organization. While we are not a startup, we are in an active growth phase, and this role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will work closely with IT leadership to manage and scale a complex hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises data centers and cloud environments. You will play a critical role in maintaining stability while also driving improvements, standardization, and growth.
We are looking for a self-driven, solution-oriented engineer who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking ownership of large initiatives, and operating at a senior technical level.
This role requires full-time onsite presence in our Redmond, WA office, with a planned relocation to our new Bothell, WA facility in fall 2026.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
  • Administer Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco switches and routers, VMware and Hyper-V environments
  • Design and troubleshoot network configurations including site-to-site VPNs and routing
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 administration including licensing and user management
  • Manage remote tools such as Datto RMM, TeamViewer, GoToAssist
  • Support conference room systems (Logitech)
  • Administer NAS/storage systems for hypervisors
  • Work across Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian)
  • Assist with SQL systems (preferred)
  • Support Azure/cloud infrastructure (plus)
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and diagrams
  • Support users across multiple locations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, including server administration, enterprise networking, and end-user support; prior experience in a senior or lead capacity is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s level qualifications, experience, and skills.
