Job description

We are a small growing commercial concrete contractor specializing in foundations and structural concrete for large-scale projects, including office buildings, retail centers, and multi-family developments.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Commercial Concrete Estimator who understands both the field and the numbers – someone who can turn plans into accurate, competitive bids and help drive profitable projects.

Why This Role Matters

· Build competitive bids with clear scope, exclusions, and clarifications

· Work closely with project managers, supers, and field teams

· Support project handoff from estimating to operations

· Assist with change orders and cost updates during construction

· Track budgets and help maintain profitability across projects

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of estimating experience in concrete commercial/public works projects

Strong understanding of foundations, slabs, paving, site concrete, structural concrete, and rebar takeoffs

Ability to read and interpret civil and structure plans and specs without constant supervision

Advance Excel and estimating software

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Solid math skills and attention to detail

Experience preparing bids from $250k -$5M+

Able to work under pressure and hit deadlines

Team player with strong communication skills

High level of integrity and accountability

Bonus If You Have
