Now Hiring: Concrete Superintendent (Commercial Projects)

We’re a growing concrete contractor doing over $18M annually and specializing in civil work, foundations, data centers, flatwork, structural concrete, sawing, cutting, coring, and commercial/K-12 projects. We’re looking for a field-proven Concrete Superintendent who can run jobs, lead crews, and deliver high-quality work safely and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily field operations on concrete projects ($100K–$3M typical range)

  • Manage crews, production, equipment, and materials

  • Read plans and coordinate layout, forming, pours, and finishing

  • Keep projects on schedule and on spec

  • Enforce safety standards and jobsite organization

  • Communicate daily with Project Manager and leadership

  • Track production, quantities, and field performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years concrete construction experience

  • 2+ years leadership (Foreman or Superintendent level)

  • Strong knowledge of foundations, slabs, and structural concrete

  • Ability to read plans and solve field problems fast

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

Company Description

We are a full service concrete contractor. Our projects range from Data Centers, to airports, city streets, retail properties, commercial construction, tilt panel construction, substations, and much more! Our wide variety of services has allowed us to establish relationships with several large GCs who continue to choose to work with us. We do big projects, but our small team and work environment is far from the typical corporate style setting.
