The Concrete Pourer plays a vital role in construction projects by mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete to ensure structural integrity and quality. Working within a medium-sized team of 6-10 workers, this position requires careful attention to safety protocols and efficient equipment handling. The Concrete Pourer reports directly to the Site Supervisor and primarily operates from a fixed location using specialized concrete finishing tools and heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Mix concrete according to specifications and project requirements
  • Pour concrete accurately into forms and molds
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards on site
  • Operate heavy machinery and specialized concrete finishing tools
