Three Brothers Concrete, a trusted Denver-based concrete contractor since 2003, is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to join our team. As a Concrete Foreman, you will oversee and participate in all aspects of commercial concrete flatwork, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and participate in site activities related to commercial concrete flatwork, including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs on grade, slabs on deck, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and related structures.
  • Plan project tasks, order materials, coordinate with crew members, and complete daily work reports.
  • Supervise all work to ensure safety, quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, blueprints, and site instructions to determine work activities.
  • Set grades, form, pour, and finish both interior and exterior concrete surfaces.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
  • Foster a client-focused and detail-oriented approach on every project.
  • Collaborate effectively as a reliable team player.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
