Job description

Three Brothers Concrete, a well-established and trusted Denver-based concrete contractor since 2003, is seeking a skilled Structural Concrete Foreman to join its team. As a Structural Concrete Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing and participating in concrete and carpentry tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to contributing to a team dedicated to client satisfaction and project excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Erect and set forms for concrete footings, slabs, walls, columns, vaults, decks, and other structures according to project specifications and drawings.
  • Supervise the building, setting, and alignment of concrete forms, placement of reinforcements, and pouring of caissons, foundation walls, footings, and grade beams.
  • Plan and coordinate assigned portions of projects, including ordering materials, managing crew members, and completing daily work reports.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and meets quality standards, maintaining a safe job site at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with the project manager.
  • Demonstrate a client-focused and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the project manager.
Qualifications
  • Experience with concrete forming systems such as Symon, Gates, EFCO, or similar.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented and client-focused mindset.
  • Proven reliability and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
