Position Overview

We’re seeking a Motive Power Service Technician to join our Grand Rapids team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys mechanical work, solving problems, and providing excellent service to industrial customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites.
  • Conduct diagnostics and performance checks on industrial battery equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain service work and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
  • Travel locally to customer facilities as needed.

Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with industrial batteries, forklifts, or electrical systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
