Joint Ventures Physical Therapy is seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our dedicated team at our Chantilly, Virginia rehabilitation center. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, and delivering individualized treatment programs that foster patient recovery and enhance overall wellness. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients, assessing their physical condition and functional abilities to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment interventions according to each patient’s progress and responses, ensuring that the care provided aligns with physicians' recommendations.
• Administer a range of therapeutic modalities, exercises, and manual therapies to enhance recovery and improve patients' physical capabilities.
• Document patient progress meticulously in accordance with facility protocols and legal standards, maintaining thorough and accurate treatment records.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand the treatment process and any home exercises or activities required for ongoing recovery.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care and share insights into effective treatment strategies.
• Leverage data-driven approaches to meet utilization goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the rehabilitation center.

The patient demographic ranges widely, as you will be treating individuals with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries. This diversity offers an exciting challenge and the opportunity to develop specialty skills in various areas of physical therapy. You will be instrumental in enabling patients to return to their daily activities, sports, and hobbies through evidence-based care.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program such as APTA or CAPTE.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for tracking patient progress and documentation.
• A strong commitment to building rapport with patients, aimed at exceeding their functional goals.
• Willingness to actively engage in community outreach initiatives to promote wellness and recovery.

• Previous clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic interventions and modalities is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
