Job description

Community Partnership Manager (Relationship-Focused | No Cold Sales)

Summit Restoration & Construction – Phoenix, AZ

Overview

We’re hiring a Community Partnership Manager to build strong relationships and support our community when it matters most.

This is not a traditional sales role. You won’t be cold calling or pushing contracts. Instead, you’ll become a trusted resource for property managers, HOAs, and local businesses when they experience property damage due to fire, water, or other emergencies.

If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and being out in the community, this could be the right fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, and local businesses
  • Serve as a go-to contact when clients experience fire, water, or property damage
  • Network in the community and attend industry events
  • Educate partners on restoration services and process
  • Provide support and guidance during high-stress situations
  • Track communication and relationship activity in company systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong people skills and relationship-building ability
  • Comfortable networking and meeting new people
  • Calm, professional, and dependable under pressure
  • Self-motivated and accountable
  • Experience in account management, business development, property management, or customer service preferred
  • Restoration/construction/insurance experience is a plus (not required)

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Make a real impact helping people recover after property loss
  • Build long-term relationships, not one-time sales
  • Be a trusted advisor during critical moments
  • Work with a team that values integrity, accountability, and service

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + performance incentives
  • Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable)
  • Health insurance (75% employer-paid after 60 days)
  • 401(k) with 4% match
  • PTO + Sick Time
  • Company laptop + phone

Apply Today

If you’re looking for a role where you can build relationships, help people, and be part of something meaningful—we’d love to connect.
