Job description

Position Title: Community Partnership Manager

Position Type: Full-time, Exempt, Salaried,BenefitsEligible
Hours: Flexible based on organizational needs; minimum40 hours/week
Starting Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
Location: Columbia, Missouri - Hybrid
Reports to: Development Director

Each year, our team helps hundreds of veterans across Mid-Missouri move from homelessness to stability through housing, employment, and supportive services.We'relooking for someone who loves building relationships and wants to help grow the community support that makes this work possible.

What You'll Do

You'llwork alongside our Development Director to grow the relationships that fuel our mission.

Your focus will include:

  • Building relationships with donors and community partners

  • Growing corporate sponsorships

  • Assistingwith grant applications and reporting

  • Planning memorable fundraising events

  • Identifyingnew opportunities to increase community support

This is a relationship-first position.Youwill spendmore time out inthe communitythan you will bebehind a desk.

Within your first year,you'll:

  • Grow a portfolio of loyal donors

  • Increase sponsorship revenue

  • Helpmaintaina strong grant pipeline

  • Build new partnerships throughout Mid-Missouri

  • Contribute to raising more than $1 million annually to support veterans

Experiencein fundraising is helpful-but experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing, or community engagement is equally valuable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, sales, or relationship management

  • Demonstrated success in building relationships and generating revenue

  • Experience with donor portfolios, partnerships, or grant writing preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Requirements
