Now Hiring Full Time Coach Drivers - Pennsauken, NJ
As a Full Time Coach Driver, you will play a vital role as experienced Driver touring and completing distance group travel assignments. You must have over-the-road touring and traveling experience with group travel and be comfortable managing extended trips with varying schedules and destinations.
Please note, we do not provide training for this position, so prior hands-on experience (1 year minimum) is required. Applicants must hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with both passenger and airbrake endorsements. Strong safety awareness, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Safely transport passengers to their destinations.
  • Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; Assist passengers with mobility aids.
  • Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
  • Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
  • Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
  • Communicate with dispatch about any delays with the group's planned activities.
  • Demonstrate leadership and customer service skills.
