The Role

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides the strategic vision and executive leadership for Plexus' global technology organization, ensuring technology serves as a competitive advantage that accelerates business growth. This role is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, architecture, execution, and optimization of enterprise technology, business systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, and digital innovation across the organization.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CIO partners across every business function to align technology investments with corporate strategy, enabling Plexus' Vision 30 growth objectives and global expansion. This leader will modernize the organization's technology ecosystem, leverage emerging technologies-including artificial intelligence and automation-and deliver world-class digital experiences for Brand Ambassadors and Customers.

Equally important, the CIO builds and leads a high-performing global technology organization by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent. Performance Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership, including 5 years at the Vice President level or above leading enterprise technology organizations.
  • Previous Chief Information Officer experience preferred.
  • Direct Selling or global consumer products experience is strongly preferred.
