Full-Time Member Service Representative - Contact Center

Are you looking for customer service jobs in Sheboygan, WI or interested in starting a career in financial services? Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Member Service Representative to join our Contact Center team! This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, retail, sales, call center, or contact center experience who wants to build a long-term career in financial services. No previous banking experience is required-we provide the training you need to succeed.

Training & Work-from-Home Opportunity

Training for this position takes place on-site at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Attendance on-site is required throughout the entire training period. Once training is successfully completed and performance expectations are met, employees may become eligible to transition to a work-from-home arrangement.

About the Role

As a Member Service Representative, you'll be an important point of contact for Kohler Credit Union members. You'll provide personalized customer service and financial support by answering questions, resolving concerns, assisting with account requests, and helping members find products and services that meet their needs.

You'll communicate with members through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems. You'll assist with everyday banking needs such as debit card requests, mobile deposit verification, account questions, and other member requests while maintaining accuracy and protecting confidential information.

Teamwork is also an important part of this Contact Center customer service role. You'll work alongside your teammates to provide an excellent member experience, meet service goals, and support one another. Ongoing training and development will help you strengthen your customer service and financial services knowledge while creating opportunities to grow your career at Kohler Credit Union.

Work Schedule

The regular schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
