Call Center Representative I We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative I (CCR I) to join our team at our West Salem location. This is a full-time 40 hours per week, onsite position perfect fit for someone with financial institution experience who is passionate about helping others and ready to grow in a supportive and community-focused environment. As a CCR I, you'll be the first point of contact by phone for our valued members, delivering personalized support with empathy and efficiency. You'll handle account inquiries, process transactions, resolve problems, and identify opportunities to recommend products or services that meet members' needs all while maintaining a strong knowledge of our policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional member service over the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Assist members with account questions, transaction requests, and service issues. Identify member needs and suggest appropriate credit union products and services. Maintain working knowledge of 1st CCU policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, security, and professionalism. What You Bring: At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution (credit union or bank). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be available to work onsite at our West Salem branch.
