Job description

Mad City Windows and Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Madison, WI Call Center! What You'll Do:
  • Assisting with planning and coordination of call center activities designed to promote positive morale.
  • Distribute Tango gift cards and other employee incentives or recognition awards at the direction of
    leadership.
  • Maintain accurate call center records, including schedules, pre-approved time off, job titles and
    personnel changes, and other administrative records.
  • Audit inbound call records to ensure lead sources are accurately documented for Vonage calls.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Submit eligible leads to appropriate lead sources for credit and track submissions as needed.
  • Update YoDeck content displayed on call center TVs.
  • Support the onboarding of new call center employees, including preparation of materials, systemrelated administrative tasks, and new hire documentation.
  • Monitor and track Mad City Google reviews by market and maintain related reporting.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms and internal systems.
