About the Role & Team
Join our luxury spa group and take the lead in driving in-spa sales across premium aesthetic services, including Cryo-Facial, Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced treatments. As a Sales Manager, you will guide the in-spa sales team, enhance client engagement, and ensure daily sales goals are consistently achieved. This is a key role where your leadership directly impacts revenue and the overall client experience. Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into a Travel Sales Manager role, supporting additional spa locations as needed.
You will report to the Regional Sales Director.
This is a full-time position.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the in-spa sales team to consistently achieve daily sales quotas
  • Engage with clients post-treatment to sell, upsell, and cross-sell luxury services and packages
  • Align team members with sales goals and provide ongoing coaching to drive results
  • Track scheduled clients and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Support other spa locations as a Travel Sales Manager when assigned (travel expenses covered)
  • Represent the spa brand professionally and uphold exceptional service standards

What You'll Bring
