About the Role:

Revani Medical + Med Spa is growing fast and we're looking for confident, phone-savvy associates to join our appointment setting and phone sales team. You'll be following up with warm leads only (no cold calls), helping potential clients schedule their consults, and closing them into services like Botox, body contouring, and more.

This role is ideal for women who are great communicators, love the Med Spa world, and want to work with a team that genuinely cares about both clients and staff.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Call and text warm inbound leads

  • Book appointments for Med Spa or medical consults

  • Follow up with no-shows and interested prospects

  • Close over-the-phone sales when ready

  • Update notes in our CRM and stay organized


Pay & Performance:
  • Base Pay: $16$20/hour

  • Bonus Pay:

    • $5 per booked appointment

    • $10 for closed Botox or injectable sales

    • $25 for closed body contouring package sales

  • No commission tiers. Simple, flat payouts.
