About NPOC Wellness & Hydration

NPOC Wellness & Hydration is a premier membership-based wellness clinic offering comprehensive GLP-1 weight management, IV hydration therapy, peptide optimization, and aesthetic services. We deliver evidence-based, concierge-level care in a clinically excellent environment focused on transformative patient outcomes.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to serve as our primary clinical provider. This role encompasses all patient consultations, treatment planning, and administration across our service lines. The FNP will be the consistent clinical presence in our Baltimore location, ensuring we never have to scramble for coverage and that patients always have access to licensed clinical expertise. Must have knowledge on laser hair removal - Candela Certified is a plus.

(This is not a PRN position. We need someone dedicated to NPOC who will pour into the practice, understand our vision, and grow with us.)

Core Clinical Responsibilities (70% of Role)
  • Conduct all initial and follow-up consultations for GLP-1 weight management, IV therapy, and peptide optimization programs
  • Perform comprehensive medical assessments, review health histories, order and interpret labs, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer IV hydration therapies (until patient volume requires dedicated IV nurse support)
  • Administer Botox and dermal fillers with precision and aesthetic judgment (training provided if needed)
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and ensure optimal safety and outcomes
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation in IntakeQ in compliance with Maryland regulations
  • Handle all walk-in clinical questions
  • Be the clinical answer for the team at all times during office hours
Community Outreach & Events (20% of Role - During Downtime)

Until patient volume reaches 15+ active weekly patients, the FNP will actively support business development:

  • Attend Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce events as NPOC clinical representative
  • Participate in Wellness Wednesday activations and community health events
  • Attend new member breakfasts and networking events alongside operations
  • Represent NPOC at corporate wellness presentations and partnership meetings
  • Speak knowledgeably about all NPOC services, membership benefits, and clinical differentiators
  • Capture content (with patient consent) for social media and marketing
Continuous Learning & Certifications (10% of Role)
  • Complete Botox/filler certification if not already certified (NPOC sponsors training)
  • Stay current on GLP-1 medications, peptide protocols, and IV therapy formulations
  • Obtain additional certifications as NPOC expands services (e.g., PRF, microneedling)
  • Document and refine clinical protocols based on patient outcomes
  • Train support staff on clinical procedures as appropriate
Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certification (Non-Negotiable)

  • Active individual NPI number
  • Active Maryland Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
  • Current DEA license
  • BLS/ACLS certification (both required)
  • Current Maryland CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substances) license

Clinical Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing FNP
  • Hands-on IV administration experience (comfortable starting IVs independently)
  • Experience or strong interest in wellness services: weight management, IV therapy, peptide therapy
  • Must have knowledge on laser hair removal - Candela Certified is a plus
  • Aesthetic injection experience preferred (Botox/fillers) OR willingness to complete training within 60 days

Core Competencies

  • Knowledge of GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide), administration protocols, and side effect management
  • Understanding of IV therapy formulations, vitamin/mineral protocols, and hydration science
  • Excellent clinical judgment, patient communication, and documentation skills
  • Professional demeanor aligned with premium wellness positioning
  • Comfortable with community outreach, networking, and representing the clinic publicly
  • Tech-comfortable: Zoho CRM, able to use IntakeQ, and basic scheduling tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active aesthetic injection certification (AAFE, IAPAM, or equivalent)
  • Experience in concierge, membership-based, or boutique healthcare settings
