Figura Medspa, the #1 CoolSculpting provider, is hiring a new CoolSculpting specialist who is very comfortable with CoolSculpting treatments and sales. Experience is required and CSU graduates are preferred. The CoolSculpting Specialist not only performs treatments, but is the point of contact for all our clients. This requires a positive attitude, polished and professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Perform CoolSculpting treatments on patients with the highest level of comfort, professionalism, and care.
  • Welcoming incoming guests and walk-in's, providing a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails answering questions about treatments, pricing, credentialing the practice, and providing callers with address, directions, and other information requested.
  • Execute and close large sales packages in order to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Sales experience is a must.
  • Maintains an expert level of knowledge across the suite of products and services.
  • Maintains detailed records within the company's patient management system with regard to patient procedures, outcomes, and other required medical input.
  • Proactively and, within the context of individual patient needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis.
  • Maintains all equipment, supplies, and other procedural equipment to our standards
  • Handling payments of treatments through the credit card system and financing program.
  • Daily maintenance of the reception area, restroom, and break room.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:
  • Polished professional with outgoing attitude, a team player, and a person who loves to make the guests feel at home.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational, coordinating, and personal interface skills.
  • Proven job diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to work overtime, on occasion.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees, and vendors.

Education and Formal Training:
  • High School diploma or GED.

Experience:
  • At least 1 year experience performing CoolSculpting at a certified CoolSculpting medical aesthetics practice.
  • Proven sales ability and experience is required.
