Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges.
  • Engage in individual and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to assist clients in navigating their emotional and psychological issues.
  • Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, keeping an ongoing record of their progress through regular reviews and adjustments to treatment plans when necessary.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in regular case consultations with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to share insights and strategies, enhancing collaborative care.
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support and resources to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Mind Restoration, your clinical practice will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. You will work with adults, and potentially children and adolescents, dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Our commitment to culturally sensitive care means you will need to adapt your approach based on the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health, demonstrating a strong commitment to effective, evidence-based therapy.
  • Experience in dealing with diverse patient populations, particularly those with complex psychological and relational issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
  • Familiarity with treating trauma-affected individuals and families, including knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
  • Experience working in a community health setting, understanding the challenges and dynamics involved in providing care to a diverse patient base.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
