• Deliver high-quality counseling services to clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on effective strategies for coping with mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnosis.
• Work collaboratively with clients to identify their unique challenges and tailor treatments that promote their empowerment and recovery.
• Utilize the cloud-based EHR to accurately document therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Engage in routine assessment and monitoring of client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in ongoing professional training and workshops to refine skills and stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.
• Manage scheduling flexibly to accommodate clients’ needs, which may include evening or weekend hours as necessary.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, providing essential mental health services across various demographics. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Proficiency with technology including a reliable laptop/desktop computer with a dependable internet connection and webcam.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Completion of a background check is mandatory.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records will be advantageous.
