• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health status using a comprehensive approach, including clinical interviews and standardized assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, considering evidence-based practices and patient preferences.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, where you will provide therapeutic interventions to address a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Empower clients by equipping them with effective coping strategies, skills, and resources that facilitate their healing and growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress within the EHR system, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, supervision meetings, and participating actively in peer consultations.

• A master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Robust understanding of a variety of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, along with strong crisis intervention skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the use of technology in delivering mental health services.

• A strong commitment to ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and practicing cultural responsiveness in treatment.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy with an emphasis on evidence-based and culturally sensitive approaches.
