This role also promotes scalable, well-governed AI practices by supporting standardization, tracking outcomes, and ensuring responsible and secure use aligned to enterprise standards. What We Ask of You

  • Support AI use case intake and execution by guiding business users through problem definition, refinement of use cases, and selection of appropriate tools, vendors, or delivery paths.

  • Direct teams to the right AI resources, superusers, or AI build partners, ensuring timely and effective support aligned with architecture and approved platforms.

  • Help showcase the art of the possible by elevating strong AI ideas, sharing success stories, and raising the bar for what "good" looks like in AI adoption.

  • Facilitate structured intake and triage of AI opportunities, routing use cases to the appropriate business led or technology delivery path

  • Develop and maintain shared AI assets, including prompt libraries, use case inventories mapped to business processes, and agent tracking, to promote reuse and scale.

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to inform buyversusbuild decisions, balancing speed, sustainability, and enterprise defined standards.

  • Support performance management of AI agents and use cases by helping define success criteria, tracking outcomes, and contributing to review and prioritization based on measurable business value and adoption metrics.

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience required and 1-2+ years of experience using AI tools preferred.

  • Experience partnering with business leaders or functional teams to translate complex problems into clear, actionable opportunities, ideally involving technology, data, or process improvement.

  • Strong ability to act as a thought partner and facilitator, guiding discussions, asking the right questions, and helping teams refine ideas without taking ownership away from the business.

  • Practical understanding of AI concepts and capabilities sufficient to identify appropriate use cases, evaluate options, and connect teams to the right tools, vendors, or delivery paths within a technology and governance framework.

  • Demonstrated comfort operating in ambiguous, fastmoving environments, balancing speed with discipline and knowing when to standardize, escalate, or halt efforts based on risk, value, or misalignment.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical audiences, translating AI possibilities into businessrelevant language and outcomes.

  • Experience supporting or contributing to governance, risk, compliance, or control frameworks in a technologyenabled environment.
