Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Administrative Specialist to support day-to-day office operations. This individual will assist with customer service functions, order processing and shipping activities, filing and administrative tasks, and maintaining information within the company’s ERP system.


Temp to Perm

Working in office M-F

Pay $21/hr


Customer Service Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing, filling, and shipping customer orders
  • Enter and maintain accurate information within the ERP system
  • Support customer service inquiries via phone and email
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Help maintain organized inventory and shipping records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Assist with additional office support tasks as needed


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or office support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working within ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
