Position Summary:

The Director of Fulfillment is responsible for leading Holley Performance Brands' North American fulfillment operations across multiple distribution centers, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of products to customers through both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels.

This leader develops and executes the fulfillment strategy while driving operational excellence across warehousing, inventory management, labor planning, shipping, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Director partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Transportation, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Finance to deliver industry-leading customer service while optimizing cost, productivity, and inventory performance.

The successful candidate is a strategic and operational leader who builds high-performing teams, leverages technology and automation, and creates scalable fulfillment capabilities that support Holley's continued growth.

This position can be based in the Nashville, TN office or the Bowling Green, KY office, but will require travel between the two locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfillment Operations
  • Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations across multiple distribution centers.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately, safely, and on time while meeting service level agreements.
  • Develop standardized operating procedures and best practices.
  • Optimize warehouse capacity, slotting, storage utilization, and material flow.
  • Drive improvements in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory control.
  • Establish operational performance standards across facilities.
Customer Service & Order Execution
  • Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and eCommerce teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support DTC and B2B service expectations.
  • Lead prioritization during peak demand.
  • Develop escalation processes for fulfillment issues.
  • Monitor order cycle times, fill rates, and on-time shipment performance.
Inventory Management
  • Ensure high inventory accuracy through disciplined processes and cycle counts.
  • Partner with Planning and Procurement to improve availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Improve inventory visibility and warehouse controls.
  • Collaborate with Finance on inventory valuation and audit compliance.
Transportation & Distribution
  • Partner with Transportation teams to optimize freight performance and costs.
  • Support carrier management and parcel optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with customer routing guides.
  • Improve dock operations and shipping throughput.
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse leaders and associates.
  • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop succession plans.
  • Establish performance objectives.
Financial Performance
  • Develop and manage fulfillment budgets.
  • Drive productivity improvements that reduce cost per order.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance on operating expenses and capital investments.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Develop long-term fulfillment network strategy.
  • Identify warehouse automation opportunities.
  • Support network optimization.
  • Lead implementation of operational KPIs.
Safety, Compliance & Quality
  • Foster a world-class safety culture.
  • Ensure OSHA, DOT, and environmental compliance.
  • Partner with Quality to minimize fulfillment defects.
  • Maintain inventory and security compliance.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain leadership.
  • 5+ years leading multi-site distribution operations.
  • Experience managing exempt and non-exempt teams.
  • Success improving service, productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and costs.
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, labor management systems, and automation.
  • Experience supporting DTC and B2B fulfillment.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management.
  • Advanced Excel and BI reporting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
