What You'll Do

  • Meet sales goals by creating and converting new leads into long term business partnerships
  • Prospect in your assigned area each day
  • Help and support current customers
  • Keep customer information up to date in the company's CRM system
  • Learn our products so you can explain them clearly and suggest the right options for customers

Path to Success

  • Hands on sales training in Charlotte, NC your first week
  • CRM and product training to build your skills
  • Continuous coaching and feedback from peers and management to elevate your confidence

Compensation

  • OTE: $60,000-$77,000 (estimated)
  • Pay: $50,000 annually + uncapped commissions
  • Commission Eligibility: After 90 days with a favorable Performance review
  • Commission Goal: 12 months to reach 75,000 new, paid monthly gallons
