Role Description

This role involves managing key customer accounts within the wholesale fuel distribution, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales to achieve targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Wholesale Account Manager will also be responsible for working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Account Management and Wholesale operations
  • Expertise in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships
  • Strong Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in the fuel distribution or convenience retail sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
