Job description

Match Staffing is hiring a dependable Fryer Operator to support production operations in a fastpaced foodprocessing environment in Spartanburg. This role is responsible for safely operating industrial fryers, monitoring product quality, and maintaining consistent cooking standards throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fryer Operation — Set up, operate, and monitor industrial fryers to ensure proper temperature, timing, and product flow.
  • Quality Monitoring — Inspect product appearance, texture, and color to maintain quality standards.
  • Safety & Compliance — Follow all foodsafety, sanitation, and equipmentsafety procedures.
  • Production Documentation — Record batch data, temperatures, and production counts accurately.
  • Team Collaboration — Work closely with line leads, QA, and other operators to maintain workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in food production, machine operation, or industrial equipment preferred
  • Ability to work in hot environments and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and cleaning equipment
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
