QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Experience with school-based systems such as Qmlativ (student records) and Frontline (substitute management) preferred.
  • Ability to monitor and support success plans related to student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
  • Accurate/efficient data entry skills required for documenting attendance, discipline, etc. required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Professionalism, dependability, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with parents/guardians, students, staff and the public from a diverse cultural, social and economic background.
  • Previous successful office experience highly preferred.
  • Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish required.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
