Dayforce HRIS Administrator

Frontline Road Safety Group, a portfolio company of Bain Capital, is the undisputed North American pavement marking leader. Our company proudly provides its customers with unparalleled customer service and the use of innovative technology to ensure timely and value-added results.

We are currently looking to add an Dayforce HRIS Administrator to our Denver HQ team. Frontline Road Safety Group is experiencing significant growth, and the Dayforce HRIS Administrator will play a key role in scaling our Dayforce environment to support a multi-state workforce. This is an on-site position in our downtown Denver headquarters.

Position Overview:

The Dayforce HRIS Administrator plays a critical role in supporting this nationwide, multi-entity organization by ensuring Frontline’s Dayforce HCM platform is stable, scalable, and optimized to support continued growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role serves as the Dayforce system specialist and subject matter expert across all Dayforce modules.

This position partners closely with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to configure workflows, manage system security, support integrations, and deliver accurate, actionable workforce analytics. There will be light travel required as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

HCM Administration & Optimization

  • Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for Dayforce
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Dayforce modules
  • Manage system security roles, workflows, approvals, and access controls
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to identify and implement system enhancements
  • Lead Dayforce releases, upgrades, testing, and system maintenance
  • Support system integrations using API and SFTP methods

Data Management, Reporting & Analytics

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across a multi-state workforce
  • Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
  • Support workforce analytics and compliance reporting

Stakeholder Partnership & Support

  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, and IT
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with Dayforce support
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Provide training and documentation for users

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of HCM administration experience, preferably with Dayforce
  • Experience supporting remote locations
  • Multi-state or multi-entity experience
  • Integration experience (API, SFTP)
  • Experience in a high-growth environment
  • Skilled in prioritizing multiple initiatives, able to pivot quickly and adjust workflow
  • Strong communication skills and able to work individually and cross functionally with team members of all levels across business units
  • Self-motivated, thrives in high-demand, fast paced environment
