  • Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the Front-End OCR area's goals.

  • Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for Front End OCR.

  • Develops strategy to ensure the accurate entry of prescriptions with patient payer information.

  • Evaluates operating results with established objectives and recommends performance improvement opportunities.

  • Controls payroll costs through analyzing allocation of resources and staffing needs.

  • Generates and maintains communication throughout the organization.

  • Conducts performance appraisals to provide employees with timely and constructive feedback.

  • Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
