As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a vital role in helping us care for our patients' smiles and oral health by ensuring their experience is seamless from the moment they walk through our doors.

• Supervise and manage the front desk and at least one other front desk associate, being the gatekeeper of patients checking in and out.
• Manage daily and monthly production goals, monthly billing and aging reports, and daily patient collections.
• Manage monthly hygiene recare protocol, ensure hygiene schedules are full, and all appointments confirmed and ready to go (lab cases, pt payment plans, correct procedures, pre-op xrays, Invisalign, next steps in tx, etc).
• Verified insurance coverages, process insurance claims, manage insurance aging reports and procedures not attached to insurance reports.
• Enter insurance checks, complete “action item” lists in a timely manner, process continuous billing statements, and monthly credit/refund reports.
• Facilitate daily communication between font desk, patients, and clinical staff, along with multiple doctors.
• Answer phones, appointment scheduling, new patient scheduling, emergency calls, and patient flow throughout the day.
• Daily patient care calls are completed and documented.
• Ensure all office policies, protocols, and procedures are followed.

Salary Range

Full-time $32 - $38 per hour

Shift & Schedule

As a Front Desk Manager (2-3 years of managing the front desk of a dental practice is REQUIRED), you will oversee the daily operations at the front desk to ensure efficient management and exceptional patient care. You will report directly to the practice owner, HR director, and business manager, and will be responsible for proficiently managing and completing the following job responsibilities listed below.
