Job Description

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed
• Handling billing, payments, and insurance verification/claims processing
• Coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
• Managing correspondence, emails, and office communications
• Maintaining confidentiality of patient records in compliance with applicable regulations

Salary Range

Full-time $21 - $24 per hour
