Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations at our Arlington, VA location. The ideal candidate will lead a team of front desk staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient workflow, and a welcoming environment for all visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate front desk staff activities, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure prompt and professional greeting of visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve conflicts efficiently and diplomatically.
  • Monitor and maintain security protocols, including visitor sign-in/out procedures and access control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support smooth office operations and communication.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to front desk activities and staff performance.
Qualifications
