Job description

We are excited to welcome a Full-Time Medical Front Desk Patient Coordinator to our fast-paced, outpatient medical imaging center equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Day and evening shifts are available.

MRI of Reston is the largest non-hospital-owned, dedicated MRI center in Northern Virginia. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, outstanding patient care, and the highest standards in MRI safety, quality, and timely diagnostic results.

In this role, you will serve as a patient representative/front desk coordinator, handling order intake and scheduling, patient registration, and other patient-focused responsibilities. As the first point of contact for both patients and referring physicians, our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience at MRI of Reston.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic PC proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential. A shared commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality care is a must.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience within the past 3 years in a medical front desk, medical receptionist, or patient coordinator role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with EMR systems preferred
