What is From Home Proxy Voting?

From Home Proxy Voting refers to the process where shareholders or eligible voters participate in meetings and cast their votes remotely, typically via online platforms, without physically attending the meeting. This method allows individuals to appoint a proxy—someone authorized to vote on their behalf—or vote themselves using secure online systems. It has become increasingly popular for corporate shareholder meetings, especially for those unable to attend in person, ensuring broader participation and convenience. The process is regulated to ensure security, transparency, and compliance with legal requirements.
