Sr. Outreach Representative - Full Time. NYC/5 Boroughs

The Senior Outreach Representative is responsible for the planning, developing, and executing of strategic business development initiatives to support Wellbridge’s objectives and goals, with specific focus on driving volume and creating relationships with referral sources. Identifies, develops, and manages strategic relationships with a focus on hospitals, emergency medical service providers, and clinicians.  

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist the VP of Business Development in mentoring and on-the-road training with members of the business development team.
  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities for Wellbridge from initial planning to execution. 
  • Ensures that business development policies, strategies, systems, structure, and approaches align with Wellbridge’s strategic priorities related to organizational growth, admissions/census goals and program development.
  • Identifies, develops, maintains, and leverages strategic business relationships and networking opportunities with entities including but not limited to physicians, medical/group practices, hospital’s clinics, business leaders, community-based organizations, professional organizations, and government agencies, leading to new referral source relationships and name and service recognition for Wellbridge.
  • Collaborates with Wellbridge leadership staff to develop and implement growth initiatives.
  • Supports overall strategic marketing plan and becomes involved in marketing tactics as needed.
  • Becomes involved in conferences and symposiums that will extend the reach of the business.
  • Coordinates special projects and events related to referral development.
  • Works with Salesforce to ensure data reporting isaccurate and activities are measured.
  • Complies with legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and caring environment, delivering care in a culturally sensitive manner and consistent with Wellbridge mission,vision, and values

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Meets and communicates with providers and partners, clearly deliver information related to Wellbridge services. Frequent driving to appointments. Consistent computer and phone, general office equipment use.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
  • Excellent communication,interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present information on Wellbridge clinical programs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel/Word) and Salesforce.
  • Valid Unrestricted NYS Driver’s License, as required.
  • Reside within the assigned territory/approved area
