Position Summary...The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Food Packaging & Labeling, oversees adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring laws and policies, researching regulatory trends, and developing strategies to address compliance gaps. The manager collaborates with senior leadership to communicate findings, supports legislative impact assessments, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, this position provides guidance and development opportunities for associates while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and high performance aligned with company values and business objectives.
