A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week). If interested in this Packaging Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration PACKAGING OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Mebane NC 27302 – 100% on-site Payrate: $20/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Overtime may be required PACKAGING OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Packaging Operator will support overnight production and packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves packaging, labeling, inspection, material staging, documentation, and maintaining quality and safety standards while following established operating procedures.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PACKAGING OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine packaging operations following SOPs and work instructions Stage, prepare, and replenish packaging materials for production Conduct visual inspections of packaged products for quality compliance Collect product samples for quality verification Complete production logs and packaging documentation accurately Palletize finished materials according to safety standards Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment following GMP standards Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping guidelines Assist with additional production duties as assigned PACKAGING OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience required Strong attention to detail and quality awareness Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic math and computer skills required Ability to follow diagrams, charts, and written instructions Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to recognize and report quality or production issues Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Repetitive motion required throughout shift Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to work overtime as needed Take the Next Step!
