Job description

The Gummy Production Technician plays a critical role in the manufacturing process of gummy products, ensuring that all production activities meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This position involves operating and maintaining specialized equipment used in gummy production, monitoring product consistency, and adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols. The technician will collaborate closely with research & development, quality assurance and production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards are essential to deliver products that meet both regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to the successful and timely production of high-quality gummy products within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a food production or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret production instructions and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience specifically in gummy production in supplements or OTC products.
  • Certification in food safety or HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
