The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented MFG Gummy Line Operator to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the gummy production line—including the kettle, depositor, and cooling tunnel. You'll troubleshoot issues as they arise and ensure all processes run smoothly and safely. This position requires strict adherence to cGMP standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Master Batch Record instructions to maintain high-quality production standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Measure or weigh raw materials for usage following Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR).
  • Operation of gummy manufacturing line including adding and mixing raw materials, ensuring proper process flow of gummy blend, and conducting in-process measurements.
  • Closely monitor cooking process with emphasis on pH reading and brix measurement.
  • Spread final product across drying trays and visually inspect gummies for quality acceptance.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and production room.
  • Operate and maintain tray washing machine.
  • Perform basic calculations including addition, subtraction, and yield percentages.
  • Must be able to stand for 90% of scheduled shift and be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and accurate including manufacturing batch records, labeling, logbooks, and raw materials.


What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma/Certificate; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to follow written instruction including Manufacturing batch records, Safety policies, and Quality requirements.
  • Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical manufacturing, or possess mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience working in a team environment and providing process verification for team members. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages.

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50. The compensation offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and/or education.
