Overnight Gummy Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Naztec International Group LLC is seeking a dedicated, organized, and Bilingual (English/Spanish) Shift Supervisor to oversee our workforce at a local gummy manufacturing facility. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our agency, the facility's department leads, and our temporary staff. Because the majority of our workforce is Spanish-speaking, fluency in Spanish is a must to effectively manage personnel, ensure safety compliance, and maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Oversee floor employees to ensure they are on task, adhering to safety protocols, and meeting production standards.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Maintain clear, proactive, and professional communication with every department lead to address operational needs or staffing adjustments.
• Daily Headcounts: Conduct accurate headcounts at the start of every shift to ensure all production lines are fully staffed.
• Attendance & Scheduling: Check in staff daily, manage active schedules, and proactively call in backup personnel to fill any roster gaps.
• Payroll & Administrative Support: Address and resolve minor employee payroll issues, log hours accurately, and coordinate with the main staffing branch to correct discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience as a supervisor, team lead, or management roles (experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or staffing environment is highly preferred).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple department heads and diverse team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve scheduling conflicts, personnel issues, and payroll questions.
• Availability: Flexibility to work one of the three primary shifts (Morning, Afternoon, or Overnight).
• Skills: Basic computer proficiency for handling payroll logging and attendance tracking.
