Overnight Production Packaging Associate (Entry-Level)

Join a Growing Manufacturing Team!

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Production Packaging Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on, entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to learn, grow, and gain valuable production experience. No prior experience required—training is provided!


Schedule & Pay
  • Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Training Period: First 2 weeks on 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Overtime: Fridays(10-hour shifts) - for first 2-3 MONTHS
  • Pay Rate: $23.00/hour (paid weekly, plus $1 raise after conversion)

What You’ll Do
  • Package and seal gummy products on a production line with speed and accuracy
  • Safely transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
  • Perform material handling tasks such as unbagging, unpacking, loading, and unloading
  • Support machine operators and assist with general production tasks
  • Lift and move materials regularly as part of daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

What We’re Looking For
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts
  • Comfortable lifting 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
  • Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability
  • Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
