Job description

At NVIDIA, we're pushing the boundaries of AI, robotics, and accelerated computing to transform industries and improve lives. We're looking for a Senior Developer Relations Manager to own developer and partner adoption of the NVIDIA Isaac GR00T end-to-end workflow - the full-stack platform spanning data capture and teleoperation, synthetic trajectory generation, foundation-model post-training, simulation-based evaluation, and real-time deployment on NVIDIA Jetson Thor, now embodied in the NVIDIA Isaac GR00T Reference Humanoid Robot.

With GR00T N1.7 - our open, commercially licensed vision-language-action model with task- and subtask-level reasoning, dexterous manipulation, and a Cosmos Reason 2 backbone - developers can now go from human demonstration to deployed robot skill on a single, coherent stack. In this role, you'll advise humanoid and general-purpose robot makers, ISVs, research labs, and reference-robot adopters through that journey. The platform is modular by design - you'll help teams adopt it whole or integrate selected capabilities into existing pipelines.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for partners adopting the GR00T End-to-End Workflow.

  • Guide robotic ecosystem partners in architecting end-to-end adoption of the GR00T, with a focus on model deployment on the robot.

  • Represent partner needs internally, providing feedback to NVIDIA's Isaac, GEAR research, and Jetson product teams to influence future roadmaps.

  • Build and maintain deep expertise in NVIDIA robotics SDKs and platforms: Isaac GR00T, Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, Isaac ROS, Newton, Isaac Teleop, and the Jetson Thor.

  • Accelerate critical partner workloads using NVIDIA's core models, frameworks, and libraries.

  • Track emerging trends in robotics, VLA/WAM models, and robot learning to identify new opportunities and inform the evolution of the reference architecture and support product launches and event marketing activities by using ecosystem partner success stories.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of overall professional experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or equivalent fields.

  • Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical field - or equivalent experience.

  • Technical background in at least two of: robot foundation models, imitation learning, reinforcement learning, robot simulation, synthetic data generation, or embedded/edge deployment.

  • Hands-on experience with robot learning frameworks and tools (e.g., LeRobot, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo) and with deploying models on embedded platforms (Jetson or comparable).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for technical and executive audiences, and the ability to structure and deliver complex, multi-quarter technical engagements.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with real-world robotics deployment and direct experience post-training or deploying GR00T models.

  • Hands-on experience with humanoid or dexterous-manipulation platforms (e.g., bimanual manipulation, five-fingered hands, teleoperation rigs).

  • Experience with NVIDIA tools and libraries (CUDA-X, Isaac Sim, Isaac ROS, OpenUSD, Cosmos, TensorRT).

  • Established network within the robotics or industrial automation sectors.

  • Proven success growing developer ecosystems through technical enablement, open-source contribution, or reference-design programs.
